Rosie’s + Colonial Downs began operations in the Commonwealth just two years ago. From the very beginning, we built our company with DEI at the forefront of our core business decisions. We carefully crafted teams that were reflective of the communities we serve. As team members came on board, our unifying message was the same: you have the freedom to be who you are! Team members were hired for their abilities as well as the characteristics that make them unique.

Our team members hail from across the Commonwealth and represent a variety of backgrounds. As you visit each property, our diverse staff makes each encounter truly special. From one property to the next, the people may change, but the smiles and outstanding guest service remains the same.
