The Smoke and Vine Festival is back! After a 2 year COVID hiatus, we are back and at a new location at Colonial Downs Racetrack in New Kent, VA! The Richmond metro area’s premiere annual summer wine and cigar festival, presented by Funkmotor Entertainment, is bringing us back together for good times and celebration of our community, family, and friends!
