LOW-TAKEOUT, ALL-STAKES MULTI-RACE WAGERS HIGHLIGHT FESTIVAL OF RACING BETTING MENU AT COLONIAL DOWNS

NEW KENT, Va. (July 31, 2026) — Horseplayers will have several opportunities to play low-takeout, all-stakes sequences during Colonial Downs’ Festival of Racing, led by three 50-cent Pick 5 wagers with a 12% takeout and the 50-cent All Stakes Old Dominion 6 with a 15% takeout.
The 12-race program features eight stakes worth $2.6 million, headlined by the Grade 1 Arlington Million in Race 11. The Million is joined by the Grade 2 $500,000 Beverly D. and Grade 2 $500,000 Secretariat Stakes, with all three graded events contested on turf.
Festival Day also features two $150,000 turf sprints—the Van Clief and Andy Guest—and three $100,000 dirt stakes: the Hallway Feeds Reigh Count, Petramalo Mile and Tyson Gilpin. First post is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET.
The wagering menu includes the Early Pick 5 covering Races 1-5, the All Stakes Mid Pick 5 spanning Races 4-8 and the All Stakes Late Pick 5 covering Races 7-11. Each carries a 12% takeout, with the All Stakes Late Pick 5 concluding in the Arlington Million.
The 50-cent All Stakes Old Dominion 6 spans Races 6-11 and carries a 15% takeout, also concluding with the Arlington Million. Other all-stakes offerings include the 50-cent All Stakes Mid Pick 4 in Races 5-8, the 50-cent All Stakes Late Pick 4 in Races 8-11 and the $1 All Graded Stakes Pick 3 in Races 9-11. Both the All Stakes Late Pick 4 and All Graded Stakes Pick 3 culminate in the Arlington Million.
The menu also includes a 50-cent Early Pick 4 in Races 2-5, a 50-cent Late Pick 4 in Races 9-12 and a $3 Late Pick 3 in Races 10-12 with a 15% takeout. Rolling $1 Daily Doubles and $1 Pick 3s will be offered throughout the card.
Every race will also feature $2 Win, Place and Show wagering, $1 Exactas, 50-cent Trifectas and 10-cent Superfectas.
