1609 is located on the 4th floor of Colonial Downs Racetrack in New Kent.

Please note our new dress code:

Acceptable Attire: Casual and comfortable clothing such as jeans, khakis, golf type shorts, casual dresses, skirts, polo and collared shirts, clean gym or running shoes or dress shoes.

Prohibited Attire: Sleeveless shirts, no holes or ripped or torn jeans, athletic wear (baggy gym short), and any clothing with offensive language or graphics, no flip flops.
