DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your redeemable points will expire after 13 months of inactivity.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY ROSIE’S CARD?
No worries! You can receive a replacement card by stopping by Player Services. Don’t forget to bring a valid photo ID. And as always, membership and re-prints are free!

IF I LOSE MY CARD, DO I LOSE MY BENEFITS?
No way! You keep your benefits until your card level expires.
