The Playbook Sports Bar + Grill at 6807 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond will host a grand opening celebration on Friday, November 19 from 5:00 – 11:00 p.m. Customers will be given free T-shirts and a chance to win the following throughout the evening:
- 2 tickets to the Virginia/Virginia Tech football game on 11/27
- 2 tickets to the Washington Football Team /Dallas Cowboys football game on 12/12
- 2 tickets to the VCU/Richmond basketball game on 1/29
106.1 ESPN Radio will be broadcasting live from The Playbook starting at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. At 9:00 p.m. The Playbook stage will open for live band karaoke.
The Playbook is Richmond’s newest 4,000 square foot sports, dining, and entertainment destination. It features the largest TV screen available (a 28-foot projector screen) for the best sports viewing anywhere in Virginia. It also has a stage for live performances featuring hot new and fan favorite old bands, a variety of music genres, and opportunities for local talent to play before a live audience and shine. Other features are 11 – 82” TVs and 18 – 70” TVs. The Playbook will also have every NFL game every Sunday.
