Richmond, VA – December 17, 2020 – Colonial Downs Group, which operates Rosie’s Gaming Emporiums in Richmond, Hampton, New Kent County, Vinton, and opening soon in Dumfries, and the Colonial Downs Racetrack also in New Kent County, will announce a significant contribution at 2pm, Monday December 21 aimed at helping Richmond city senior citizens during the holiday season. The announcement will be held outside, be socially distanced, and feature a very short speaking program. All members of the media are invited and encouraged to attend.
