Colonial Downs and Rosie’s Gaming Emporium named ‘Attraction of the Year’

Colonial Downs in New Kent has been named as Richmond Region Tourism’s “Attraction of the Year.”
The announcement came as part of a virtual event held on Sept. 25 as part of its annual meeting. The meeting also served as a launching pad for Richmond Region Tourism’s 10-year strategic plan for visitors and residents.
Colonial Downs is the home to multiple horse-racing events and Rosie’s Gaming Emporium.
