Saturday, August 10: Colonial Downs Festival of Racing
- Post time 1PM. Gates open at 11:30AM.
- The horse racing world turns its attention to Virginia with the seven stakes races highlighted by the Grade 1 Arlington Million, Grade 2 Beverly D. and Grade 2 Secretariat Stakes
- Pony rides and petting zoo
- Live entertainment and events throughout the day

Saturday, August 24: Wiener Dog Racing
- Watch the fastest wiener dogs in Central Virginia
- 8 qualifying races with the winners competing for the trophy
- Pony rides and petting zoo
- $4 footlong hot dogs (apron only)

- Petting zoo, Junior Jockey Club activities
Saturday, September 7: VA Derby Day
- Virginia’s Derby Day! Six stakes races highlighted by the Grade 3 Virginia Derby
- First 1,000 people through the gate receive a free Secretariat poster
